The estimating tool now features two new fields: “company” and “billing address”.

These fields are intended to facilitate the process of booking a job for a company as opposed to an individual.

Both fields are optional, but can be used to customize documents, for instance, show the customer’s company name in an estimate or an invoice.

The billing address is currently available to use in Pandadoc through the variable ‘Client.Address’. If no billing address was entered, the document will show the job’s start location instead.

The customer’s company will be made available on Pandadoc in a future update.
