By applying to join the Move Right Test Pilot Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Early Access & Bugs: As a member of the Beta Brigade, you will gain early access to new features that are still in development. While we strive to ensure the quality of our tools, these features may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. You understand that some features may not function as intended, and your experience may be impacted.

2. Feedback Commitment: Your role as a Beta Brigade member is critical to the success of our product. By joining, you agree to provide constructive, detailed feedback on your experience with these new features. This includes reporting bugs, suggesting improvements, and sharing how these features impact your workflow. Feedback can be submitted through our designated channels, which will be shared upon your acceptance into the program.

3. Confidentiality: Some of the features you will be testing may not yet be publicly released. By participating in this program, you agree not to disclose any information about these features to third parties until they are officially announced. This includes screenshots, descriptions, or any other materials related to unreleased features.

4. Voluntary Participation: Your participation in the Beta Brigade is completely voluntary. You may opt out at any time by notifying our team. However, we encourage active engagement and ongoing feedback to help us improve the features you are testing.

5. No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee that all features you test will be part of the final product or will work as expected. Some features may change or be removed based on testing results and feedback.

6. Data & Usage: We may collect and analyze your usage data to help us understand how these new features are performing. This data will be used solely for the purpose of improving Move Right and will remain confidential.

7. Support: While we will do our best to provide you with support as you test new features, please understand that the nature of beta testing may mean that not all issues will be resolved immediately. Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we work through any challenges.
